The conference proceedings will be published by IAENG (ISBN: 978-988-98671-6-4) in hardcopy. The length of each camera-ready paper will be limited to 6 (IEEE style) pages. The registration fee includes the publication of one accepted paper of up to 6 pages in the conference proceeding. For each additional paper by the same author, there is a charge of US$180 per additional paper.

The camera-ready version of the accepted paper with its assigned paper number can be sent to WCECS@iaeng.org in pdf format or in MS Word format. The accepted papers will also be considered for publication in the special issues of the journal Engineering Letters, in IAENG journals and in edited books.
